REQUIREMENTS
- 3 hours self-practice per day, including sadhana, journaling and required reading
- Karma Yoga
- Vegetarian diet is highly recommended throughout the program

PRE-NATAL AND POST-NATAL YOGA
This is a two-week course for experienced Teachers who are interested in deepening their knowledge of Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga practice situations.
